Iranian Youth Cinema Society to review Spanish short films

The Iranian Youth Cinema Society (IYSC) has scheduled to review Spanish short films during a program titled ‘Spain Short Film Evening’.

To be held on Wednesday, the program is organized in collaboration with the Embassy of Spain in Tehran and the Film Museum of Iran.

“Such events are important to us, as we can share our culture properties with Iranians,” Spanish Ambassador Eduardo López Busquets said in a press release published by the IYSC on Sunday.

“We are willing to continue our cooperation with the Iranian Youth Cinema Society to organize additional Spanish film sessions in other Iranian cities such as Tabriz and Shiraz,” Busquets added.

The IYSC has previously organized different film evenings and screened short titles from countries such as Japan, Finland and Chile.
